Program Description
As part of the international exchange program SCOPE-SCORE, the FASMR national team organizes annual national trips in July and August for incoming students staying in Romania for a month. The goal is to promote multiculturalism and familiarize them with the Romanian medical system. These trips encourage engagement with local communities and support domestic tourism, contributing to national economic development.
In 2025, two national trips are organized—one in Brașov and the other in Sibiu. Students have the opportunity to visit various tourist attractions in some of the most memorable regions of our country.
Trip dates and locations:
Brașov:
July 11–13, 2025
August 15–17, 2025
Sibiu:
July 18–20, 2025
August 22–24, 2025
During these trips, approximately 100 students pay a participation fee and benefit from the following services:
Accommodation for 2 nights, including 4 meals (2 breakfasts, 2 dinners)
Transportation during the trip via pre-arranged coach rental
Entry tickets to various tourist attractions
Social program
Please note: Transportation from the hosting Local Committee (LC) city to the excursion location (Sibiu or Brașov) is not included in the participation fee and must be arranged and paid for separately.
The participation fee was €125 for the Brașov trip and €110 for the Sibiu trip.
Acceptance of Terms

As a condition of your right to use our Digital Services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from accessing the Digital Services under Romanian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Description of Services
Our Digital Services primarily provide information about our event, along with content that may be of interest to you, including the sale of participation packages for the SCOPE-SCORE FASMR National Trips. Any new services, content, or features added in the future will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms
All orders placed through the payment link, along with our deliveries and services, are subject exclusively to the General Terms and Conditions listed below, valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting customer terms unless we have agreed to them in writing.
According to applicable law, an order placed on this site constitutes a contract between the buyer and the seller, with each party required to fulfill their obligations. This means the seller agrees to deliver the ordered products and services, and the buyer agrees to pay for the order.
Conclusion of Contract
The contract between you and FASMR becomes valid once you order a participation package. By submitting the order form provided on our website, you are committing to this contract. Complete the order by filling in all required information during the registration process and submitting the form by clicking the “Submit” button.
Payment Method
Online via debit/credit card using the payment link through our partner platform, netopia-payments.com.
Payment confirmation is instant, and the transaction is secured via 3-D Secure protocol.
Delivery Policy
The purchase of the first round of tickets will be available starting from the official registration opening date, set and announced by the SCOPE-SCORE national team on associated platforms, for a duration of 25 calendar days.
Upon purchasing a ticket—equivalent to participation in the National Trip—you will be automatically redirected to the online card payment page of our partner, netopia-payments.com. If the payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, this may be requested starting from the registration opening date for up to 30 calendar days. Subsequently, in case of a second ticket release, returns will no longer be possible.
Mobile Devices and Third-Party Restrictions
If you access our Digital Services on mobile devices, please note that standard charges from your mobile service provider may apply.
Content Complaints
If you believe that any content in our Digital Services violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise inappropriate, please report it by sending an email to: vpf@fasmr.ro
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, up to the date of registration opening for the National Trips, to modify or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. After registration opens, no further changes will be made. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our Digital Services without additional notification. Continued use of our digital services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, and you will not be able to modify them yourself.
Privacy Policy
By completing this form, you consent to providing your personal data to FASMR. All collected personal information such as full name and phone number is required for communication purposes only.
Personal data will be stored only until December 31, 2025, if you contact the General Secretary – Cristina Simian (secretar.general@fasmr.ro, +40 784 399 988), or will be anonymized for further use. If you wish to have your personal data removed earlier, you may contact the Vice President for Financial Affairs – Ureche Maria-Cristina (vpf@fasmr.ro, +40 747 893 377).
The provided data may be accessed by the FASMR Board of Directors 2024–2025, the Control Commission of the General Assembly sessions, and the FASMR Legal Advisor.
